Meet Your Inspector

My name is Timothy Odell, owner of Odell Home Inspections, PLLC. I am a Professional Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (#25442). I was born and raised just outside of Austin in Dripping Springs, Texas. In my free time you may find me fishing, playing recreational sports, or spending time with my wife and german shepherd. I spent seven years maintaining a dormitory that was built in 1922 before deciding to take my skills and expertise into the home inspection business. When you schedule an appointment with Odell Home Inspections, you can expect a detailed report on the findings in your current or future home. You will receive a full color pdf report as well as an html report that is viewable by web/phone/tablet with pictures the same day of the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, I will go over the report with you so that you can rest assured knowing that you have all of the important details of the home.
